About Me

I'm Jasmine, and I started my cake baking business over 6 years ago, after a bake off competition made me realise the passion I have for baking and being creative.

Flossy's Fancies is a tribute to my Grandad, whose nickname for me is, 'Flossy'.

It was during my childhood when I started with an interest in baking. My grandad used to work next door to Dr Oetker and would bring me things from their warehouse to bake with.

I now have my own premises in Chorley town centre, where all my cakes are made with love and affection. I offer a range of circular celebration cakes, cupcakes and brownies, so if you are looking for a special occasion cake, cupcakes or brownies please take a look at my gallery and cake menu.

I cover Chorley and the local surrounding areas, and will soon be offering the facility to order these online. All cakes are available for collection.

I have a hygiene rate of 5 stars and am fully insured.
